WINHMS GolfManagement Software System  is a total solution to manage the Golf very effectively covering all the aspects of the sports covering the follows:

• Tee Bookings 

• Pro shop (Billing)

• Member Management

Tee Bookings:

This is a full-fledged Golf Reservation system used by the golf club staff to manage the reservations. This is used mainly for telephonic and direct Walk in Reservations.

System allows reservation of tee time for Member, Member dependents and Walk-in players.

System allows creation of Tee Reservation chart from Predefined Templates. Templates can be created as per the occupancy in the weekdays, weekends, summer, Rainy season, and tournaments.

Tee Time reservation is represented in Graphical format to depict clearly the available and booked time slots.

Supports Reservations based on Waiting List for Rush Bookings.

The following system options are available in the Tee Reservation screen;

·         Reservation

·         Group Reservation

·         Check-In

·         Cancel Reservation

·         Amend Reservation

·         Blocking for Maintenance & other Management

·         Unblocking

·         Renting of Cart, Caddie and other Golf Club items

Reservation can also be done for game starting from more than one Tee. Reservation can be done for play starting from more than one starting Tee. Supports squeeze time option to insert a new tee between existing Tee Times. Rental and other Service Items can be availed at the time of Reservation or Check in.

Bill

From the Tee chart screen Reservations, Bill can be created with a Single click for charges like green fees, Cart, Caddie and Rentals Items. Bill will be prepared based on the items selected during the reservation. Rates will be automatically assigned based on the rate master. 

Direct Bill

From the Tee chart screen, a Bill can be prepared directly by selecting the items and services manually.

Automated Emails

System supports the following emails to automate all the operations:

·         Reservation confirmation mail both to member and other players

Color Scheme

System allows creating any number of color schemes for the Tee Chart Reservation screen, the Tee chart status.

Report Analysis

The following analysis are supported by the system:

·         Daily Reservation Status

·         Daily No-Show Report

·         Customer Month wise Visit Analysis

Pro shop (Billing):

This is a Touch screen based Billing, which allows Billing for items and services provided to Member, Dependent, Walk in Players.

Auto Bill Preparation

Bill preparation for Green Fees, Cart, Caddie shall be created just by a single click based on the facilities availed. System shall pick up the rates from the Rate Master.

Rate Master

Rates for each sale item can be defined separately for Member, Dependent, Walk in Players and Guest.

Member Management:

Settlement to Cash, Credit Card, Coupon, Cheque, Complimentary, Member account, Cash card and Room No is available.

Maintains extensively the following information of the Members:

·     Personal Information.

·     DOB, DOA, Blood Group, Mother tongue, Religion, education qualifications, Occupation, nature of business, Nationality, etc.

·     Interest areas, proficiency, other interest, club comments, specific instruction, etc.

·     Member dependents’ Name, Gender, DOB, relationship, occupation, etc.

Supports different types of Members. When Member type changes the Member ID can be changed and all the previous Member folio details will be transferred automatically to the new Member Id.

Provides detailed Member List with various filters and dynamic field selection options.
